Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a minimum spend amount.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by location (10–21 business days).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your account on our store.

Lost or Damaged Packages

DEA Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
